Terms of use

BusinessHubGH publishes information about businesses operating in Ghana. We check registration details where a business supplies them, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or accurate, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and a business you find here. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Your account

• Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only list a business you are authorised to represent.
• Information you publish must be truthful and must not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• We may remove a listing, a review or an account that breaks these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must come from genuine experience of the business. We remove reviews that are paid for, abusive, or written by the business about itself or a competitor. A business may reply to a review once and may report it for review by us.

Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us when you create an account, list a business, send an enquiry or write a review: your name, email address, phone number where you supply it, and the content you submit. We also record basic technical information such as your device type and the pages you open, which we use to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use your information

• To show your listing, review or enquiry to the people it is meant for.
• To verify a business registration you submit.
• To reply to you when you contact us.
• To detect misuse of the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. An enquiry you send is shared with the business you sent it to. Listing details you publish are public by design. We use service providers for hosting, email and maps, and they may process data on our behalf under contract.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your listings and your account at any time from My Account. Ask us and we will tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Cookie notice

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Necessary ones keep you signed in and remember saved businesses and your place on a page. Measurement ones count page views so we can see what is slow or unused. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser, though signing in and saved businesses will stop working.
