Polite team, tidy work, and they cleaned up before leaving.
Second time using them and the standard has not dropped. The first visit was rescheduled, which was inconvenient.

Turned up when they said they would, which is rarer than it should be. Slow to answer the phone at first, but excellent once engaged.
